Our Story
My craftsmanship and ingenuity is anchored in the memory of my mother, Larysa. Despite the limited means of our household in Belarus, Larysa achieved fabulous style through continually handcrafting and upcycling. These creative lessons had a profound impact on my love for handmade things.
I experimented with my own crafts throughout young adulthood, and a natural desire to outfit myself prompted me to begin making jewelry with various materials. I was successful in achieving originality and allure in each piece, but they were still missing a key ingredient of the feeling of freedom while dancing.
When my mother got cancer, I continued to learn crafting while being her primary caretaker. In the middle of a cold winter, the only music Larysa wanted to hear was birds singing in the forest. This was her happy place, and it made me feel more connected to the beauty of birds.
Soon after, I learned to love and take good care of feathers, to give them color and shape, and to turn them into masterpieces. Feathers were a natural fit because they were lightweight, vibrant, and they danced freely in the wind while softly tickling the shoulders. I had found my magic formula, and people immediately began to desire my creations for themselves.
Each of my pieces is a genuine representation of the beauty in the natural world. I infuse them with the music of my soul and the song of my guardian angel, Larysa. I truly wish that my art brings you joy, happiness, dancing, and the ability to connect with your own guardian angels.
Much Love and Gratitude
