SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

Most of our orders are processed within 5-8 business days after payment is received, but during busy seasons it can take up to 14 business days before your order is shipped. The only time orders take longer to process is when we are traveling to other countries away from our stock.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct! If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for a replacement or a refund.

Please note that International shipping delivery times will vary due to various custom rules, laws, and regulations. All International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their country. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid); we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes; and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
