Refund policy
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return if contacted within 5 days of your order's arrival. Returned products must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when they were received. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at noyamagic@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Date you placed the order
- Date you received the order
- Order #
- Last name
- Billing address of the card used for purchase
- Return reason
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping costs on your returned item. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance covering the cost of the returned item. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 5-day period.
Pierced Jewelry
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for return unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault. All earring sales are final.
Custom Work | Sale Items
All custom-made work as well as discounted item sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
